Frequently Asked Questions

Protection programs provided by Oncourse Home Solutions, LLC and administered by AWR provide protection from the unexpected. We offer programs to cover the big repairs that your homeowner's policy typically doesn't cover. Since the year 2000, we have grown to provide protection for over 1.9 million homeowners. We are an independent third-party provider of optional home protection programs.

It's a service that protects you from the hassle and cost of unexpected interior electric line failure. We'll handle everything up to program limits; finding a contractor, labor, parts, even paperwork. It's your home. Protect it.

Because you use and depend on electricity. All the time. Lights, heat, devices, appliances, all the basics. A faulty electrical wire could leave you without all those daily necessities. And if that happens, you don't want to be stuck with an expensive repair, or the hassle of finding a quality contractor. The Interior Electric Line Protection Program means you're taken care of, for way less than an out-of-pocket electric repair bill.

Standard homeowner's insurance typically doesn't cover repair or replacement of your interior electric wiring. Without a backup plan, you're left in the dark. That's why you need protection from AWR. We'll handle getting the covered repair done and we'll foot the bill within the program's limits, because we believe in true protection.

You can pay monthly or annually with convenient options like credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), check or debit card.

Your coverage will begin just 30 days after we process your enrollment form. (Pre-existing conditions are not covered.)

Select the plan and follow the simple enrollment form, or you can call us at 1-855-800-5195.

Call 1-855-800-5195 immediately. We're here 24/7 if you have a repair claim or any other question.

The Protection Program and price is for a 12-month term that will automatically renew on an annual basis if you are paying annually by credit card or on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time.

You can find coverage information outlined in the Terms & Conditions linked above the program name on this page.

Your enrollment begins the day AWR processes your enrollment, which is the enrollment date on your welcome letter. Your protection and ability to make a claim begins 30 days after the enrollment date.

The Interior Electric Line Protection Program covers up to $3,000 per occurrence to repair a covered failure to your home's interior electric lines caused by normal wear and usage.

Coverage begins 30 days after enrollment date and does not cover pre-existing conditions.
