family eating dinner together

Your family goes the extra mile when it comes to saving money. You coupon, eat leftovers a few nights a week, and you may even choose to walk/bike to work or when running errands just so you can help cut back on the amount of gas you’re using. You’ve adapted to these trying times when things seem to get more expensive by the day.

One part of home that many people overlook when it comes to saving money is their heating and cooling systems. Your family relies on these appliances to keep cool in the spring and summer, and warm and toasty during the fall and winter. When these units aren’t working as they should, you know you’ve got a problem on your hands and it’s up to you to find a reputable service provider to diagnose and take care of the issue quickly.

Finding a professional heating and cooling expert for repair work can be a daunting task. Not only that, the service fees, diagnostic testing and labor costs involved with this type of repair could put your bank account in the red. Fortunately, there is an easy and cost-effective way to prevent this disaster from happening to your family.

Home warranties to the rescue!

Did you know that there are heating and cooling home warranties available to families like yours? American Water Resources (AWR) offers both a Heating System Repair Program and a Cooling System Repair Program for an affordable monthly cost. The best part of these plans is that when you’re enrolled and a covered furnace or air conditioner problem happens in your home, all you have to do is pick up the phone and give us a call. There are no hidden fees or surprise bills to pay.

Our team of friendly, knowledgeable customer care experts will find a qualified service provider from our network in your area. The service provider will contact you directly to schedule your appointment and then show up promptly to perform necessary diagnostic and repair work so your family can be comfortable once again.

Cooling System Repair Program

But I already have a homeowners’ insurance policy…

Standard homeowners’ insurance policies typically don’t cover problems with heating and cooling systems. It’s the homeowner’s responsibility to take care of any necessary maintenance and repair fees associated with the operation of these appliances. And many people’s budgets these days don’t account for the cost needed to repair a problem with these units. That’s where a home warranty protection plan comes into play and is so valuable to have when your furnace or AC breaks down.
