Why This PlanFAQsCustomer ReviewsRelated Guides

Why this plan?

When critical systems in your home fail, it's more than a minor annoyance. A burst pipe in your plumbing, an electrical outage from a faulty circuit, or a gas line leak can quickly lead to danger. The HVAC system might falter due to compressor or thermostat issues, your water heater could call it quits from wear and tear, while service lines for water or gas could be compromised by age or external damage. These failures often mean not only a disruption to daily life but also significant repair costs and the stress of finding timely, effective solutions. Such scenarios demand expertise and swift action to restore safety and normalcy, emphasizing the importance of having a reliable plan in place for these critical home systems. The Critical Home Systems Program Plus protects you from things like:

  • Overflowing toilet

  • Thermostat malfunctioning

  • Weak HVAC air flow

  • Faulty wiring

  • Circuit breakers

  • Sewage backup in basement

  • Water pooling outside

  • Connectors to gas appliances

  • Drain valve leaks

Unexpected repairs can be both daunting and costly. Our Critical Home Systems Plus Program protects you from these unexpected costs. See above for what we cover.
