When there’s a leak or a break in a home’s plumbing, it can quickly lead to an emergency situation. Plumbing runs throughout a home — in walls, floors and ceilings — and there’s a lot that can be ruined when water goes where it’s not supposed to.

In-home plumbing emergencies, such as an overflowing toilet, a clogged sink or a ruptured pipe under the sink or behind the walls, create big problems for homeowners. These incidents can also lead to significant property damage and require immediate repairs. The inconvenience is further compounded by the urgent need to source reliable professionals to resolve possible disruptions from things like:
Overflowing toilets
Broken or leaking pipes
Low water pressure
Unexpected repairs can be both daunting and costly. Our In-Home Plumbing Emergency Program protects you from these unexpected costs. See above for what we cover.

*Based on AWR average customer claim information.
