† LVVWD's First Year Reimbursement Promotion: AWR is not responsible for the Promotion or reimbursement payments. The Promotion is subject to change or termination at LVVWD's sole discretion. Only eligible LVVWD account holders who own the enrolled property can receive the Promotion. Reimbursement will be issued in the form of a check from LVVWD to the address on the customer's LVVWD account. For monthly-paying customers that receive the Promotion, the reimbursement will be issued within 90 days after twelve months of active enrollment. Customers who pay annually at the start of their term will be reimbursed within six months of enrollment.

The Water Line Protection Program provides repairs to leaks and breaks of a covered water line caused by normal wear and tear. AWR takes care of the costs of permits required to excavate and complete covered repairs; as well as refilling, raking/leveling and seeding of excavated portion of customer's property.
Because water lines are an integral part of your home, and they can be prone to problems. Your homeowners insurance typically doesn't cover them, meaning you're responsible if there's a problem. The Water Line Protection Program from AWR protects you from those costly repair bills and takes away the hassle of dealing with them.

The Water Line Protection Program is available for owners of 1-4 unit residential properties with a water service line of no more than 2 inches in diameter. Water service lines and/or sewer laterals shared with neighboring properties are eligible for coverage; however, AWRIS will not cover any section of a shared water service line or sewer lateral that serves only a neighboring property not enrolled in the program.
The Protection Program is for a 12-month term that will automatically renew on an annual basis if you are paying annually by credit card or on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time.

Your enrollment begins the day AWR processes your Enrollment, which is the Enrollment Date on your welcome letter. Your protection and ability to make a claim begins 30 days after the Enrollment Date.
